BRISTOL MINT? (1643-5). Oxford die without groundline / three crude plumes above declaration - a most unusual reverse with the 4 on its side in the date, the declaration is Oxford format but with very small letters in LIBER.
Ex:- Alan Morris (bgt.Baldwins 12/94)(Baldwins bgt.LB[originally listed in 1985]). Uneven tone but struck on a full broad flan and extremely rare.
